Registration is now open on the Atlantic Chip website
The Hampton Ladies Triathlon is back for 2010 with the familiar Sprint Distance format and Team race. This is an ideal early season event for novice triathletes and more experienced competitors alike, a great event for your first Triathlon. If you are considering this race as your first ever Triathlon and you have any questions please contact me. Using the pool at the Hampton Community Centre triathletes will complete 500metres before heading out on a 20k, 1 loop bike course around the scenic Hampton countryside before heading back to Hampton and starting the final 5k run. The bike route is generally flat and fast with a few undulations. There will be No Race Day Registration. Roads are open to traffic.
