The Swim (750 metres)
The swim will be a loop in Silver Lake.Wet suits
are encouraged. Bright bathing caps are
mandatory.Waves are rare.
Water temp. 18-21°C.
The Bike 20 km
Mostly flat with some rolling hills. It is a
North/South out-back. Prevailing winds come
from the South in the Summer.Winds usually
cooperate in at least one direction.
The Run (5 km)
New Course this year! The run course will
be flat and fast. Mix of crushed gravel trail and
road.
DIRECTIONS TO RACE SITE. Exit TCH at
Sackville, exit 504 (look for Tim Hortons,
Wendy’s and McDonald’s). Head north (left from
Moncton, right from NS), on Main St. Go 2 km
and look for Silver Lake and Lilas Fawcett Park
on your your left. Parking available across the
bridge at Middle Sackville Baptist Church.
Please dont park at the Lilas Fawcett
Park lot or in the bike / run course
adjacent to the Park.
*IMPORTANT NOTICE #2: RACE PACK PICK UP FOR ADULT RACES IS BETWEEN 8:00 AND 9:00 AM, Race Briefing at 9:30 and awards at 12:00 Pm
