Moncton Duathlon is a qualifying race for the World 2011 ITU Duathlon Championships and is host for the N.B. Provincial Duathlon Championships.

Race Description:
The Moncton Subaru Duathlon will be hosting the 2010 NB Provincial Duathlon Championships plus it is an age group qualifying event for the 2011 ITU World Duathlon Championships in Gijón Spain.
The 5.8 KM run is a 2 loop run within Centennial Park on pavement and gravel trails. The 20.4 KM bike is a 2 loop course with all right hand turns on city streets surrounding the park and it is open to traffic.
There will also be a Junior race for athletes 14-19 as of Dec 31, 2010. The Juniors will be racing a 2.8KM/10.4KM/1.3KM course.
Race kit pick up Sat. June 5, 3:00 -5:00 PM and Sun. Jun 6, 7:00 - 8:00 AM at Centennial Park. All races start together at 8:30AM. You can register in person June 5&6.

RANDOM DRAW PRIZES – We have many prizes to give away to the participants and volunteers, at the end of the race. Be sure to stay and enjoy the festivities and be present during the draw (approx. 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM).
