Course description:
The swim is an open water, in the Miramichi river with some current. Bike course is a 20km loop, from the Rodd Miramichi hotel to Loggieville, along Shore road and back on Wellington street( fairly flat with a couple of small hills). The run course is, out and back, along the river to middle island on crusher dust and grass.

Race kits can be picked up at the Rodd Miramichi hotel between 8am-9:30am on Sunday Sept 5, 2010 with the races starting at 10am. Post race meal and awards to follow. There will be a room rate for hotel rooms, at the Rodd Miramichi hotel, available to be booked shortly at a rate of $99.00 plus tax.
