We are working on an end of season banquet for everyone in the TriNB memberships, friends and family and we want to guage what interest there is amongst the members for such an event.

The aim would be to host a dinner with a high profile guest speaker, review the 2009 season and promote the 2010 season. We would also have an awards ceremony for the 2009 age-group winners. We may also have some sponsors displaying their product on the evening.

So let me know where you think the best city to host this would be along with a venue. What dates work, we were thinking of late October or early November, and what would you like to see at the dinner? Also what budget would you be prepared to pay?

It makes sense that we need some sort of committment from people first before we can start planning an event of this size so I would appreciate any feedback you may have.
