The 31st annual Red Island Relay takes place in Brudenell Provincial Park, PEI, on May 29, 2010. Check-in is at 8 am, race start at 9 am. This is a great training race for the triathlon season!
Leg 1 - 7.5 km run
Leg 2 - 27 km road bike
Leg 3 - 10 km run
Leg 4 - 19 km trail bike
Leg 5 - 6 km canoe or kayak
The event can be done solo, or in teams of 2, 3, 4, or 6.
