Athletes had a nice sunny 
day for their Super Sprint race 300m swim, 8km bike and finish with 1.6km run
It was a hot and fast course!!!
What a strong performance for our athlete Yannick Dupuis who came out of the water 5th, held a top 10 on the bike

This afternoon is going to be fun and exciting to watch. Starting at 3pm EST is the team relay (female-male-female-male) each athlete will complete a super sprint distance and come tag their teammate
