YMCA Fredericton Kids of Steel Triathlon!

Killarney Lake – June 22

Kids from 2-14 are invited to come out and test their metal

Radical Edge Bike check and check-in starts at 8AM

Events start @ 9AM – youngest first

Events will be over by 11AM

Ribbons/Medals will be awarded to all participants

APPROX DISTANCES

2-5   splash and dash

6-7 – swim 50m – bike 1.5km – run 500m

8-9 – swim 100m – bike 5km – run 1km

10-11 – swim 200m – bike 5km – run 2km

12-14 – swim 300m – bike 5km – run 3km

*Distances are approximate but close.

*Kids U6 will not have to swim and will only be in water up to their belly buttons.

*Bike course is crusher dust trail around Killarney lake.  Any bike will work.

*Run course is around playground area on a grass surface.

$15 per participant
