Triathlon – 400m swim – 20k bike – 5k run
Duathlon – 2.5k run – 20k bike – 2.5k run
Junior Triathlon – (16-19yrs) – 400m swim – 20k bike – 5k run
Youth Triathlon – (14-15yrs) – 400m swim – 10k bike – 2.5k run
Swim – 400m swim – 16 lengths of the pool.
Bike – 20k exactly the same as previous years – map will be available in the Spring.
Run – 5k run on an out and back route – map will be available in the Spring.
